The Register of Deeds Office is currently working on putting our records online available by registered access only.  Registered access is available for $250.00 per year.

Due to prior programs used in the office converting the records to our present system has not been totally completed.

The following is a table which shows the books that are currently available online and thier stage of conversion.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office at 785-742-7620 anytime 8am to 5pm M-F or email scarter@brcoks.org
